The place is short walk to the beach, the harbour and the other end of the promenade and Lanzarote since 2000. Pleasant and very welcoming staff and excellent location is a plus. It is reasonably priced.

This was a boutique and lovely place. There was an exceptional restaurant on the way. Pleasant staff made sure we had an enjoyable stay for my holidays. It had very comfy bed, views of the sea view. There was large bathroom with a hot tub.

This is a lovely property, fairly clean, and located next to a cave, and the harbour and the other end of the promenade. I would say that it has terrific service. I enjoyed the place.

The apartment is boutique and lovely. The location is marvelous and perfect, close to the beach, pubs, and bars. It offers a great location in the center of Puerto del Carmen.

All in all had thoroughly enjoyable experience for my holidays.
Greatly enjoyed how clean the place was. Could use a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels in the bathroom.

Great location, close to the strip and supermarkets. Immaculately clean apartments and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome.
Ants were a problem in both the bathroom and wardrobe. However, staff provided ant spray and the issue was quickly resolved.

Lack of air con-we stayed in November so was ok, but imagine it would be unbearable in Summer! We were given apt 19, no security or privacy to front patio area (as with all apts in ground and first floor) where u hang your clothes to dry, plus we got no sun on this area at all, however complex did not seem to be full so why give us this room? We were only staying 3 nights and spent little time here as we were travelling over and back to far side iof island for ironman and therefor did not ask to be moved! Sound proofing could also be improved, could hear the neighbours all the time even their text messages coming in!!

The location was good, the pool is very nice (one part is heated; there's a jacuzzi). Rooms were cleaned every 2-3 day. Considering the very competitive price, the service was excellent! Would come back.

Nice heated pool and clean rooms. On our last day our flight was at 6pm and reception let us stay in the room until it was time to leave for the airport.
€16 euro a week for a fan, and even tho we got it the second day you still have to pay for the week. A bit silly. The tv does not even turn on unless you pay an extra €15 for the week. I dropped over 1 morning to get a sachet of butter and the two girls behind the bar said we don't sell butter, but the shop up the road does.
